Integrative Psychotherapy
My Approach
I offer integrative therapy to adults and adolescents. This form of therapy is tailored to the client , integrating different models and theories in a considered way. The theory that predominately frames my thinking is psychodynamic. The work can be short term or open ended depending on the client. Currently my focus is short term work, between 6-10 sessions.
